At Huk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your local carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
